These Terms & Conditions govern all professional services provided by QTI Solutions (“QTI Solutions”) to its clients in India and abroad. By engaging our services or using our website (https://qtiinspections.com), you agree to abide by these terms in full.

1. General
- These Terms & Conditions form the complete agreement between QTI Solutions and the client unless otherwise agreed in writing by QTI Solutions management.
- All services are performed impartially and in accordance with QTI Solutions’ internal procedures, ethical standards, and applicable international norms (ISO 17020, ISO 2859, and related quality practices).
- Orders placed through email, website forms, or approved proposals imply unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- QTI Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. The most recent version available on our official website shall apply.
2. Scope of Services
A. For Overseas Clients
QTI Solutions provides independent third-party inspection, factory audit, and value-added services for global buyers, sourcing agents, and retailers. Services include:
- Initial, inline, and final (pre-shipment) inspections
- Factory capability, compliance, and technical audits
- Production follow-up, sample and colour evaluation
- Lab test management and result coordination
- QTI Analytics and quality trend reporting
Unless otherwise stated, inspections follow General Level II sampling, AQL 2.5 (major) and 1.5 (minor) as per ANSI/ASQ Z1.4.
B. For Domestic Clients
QTI Solutions provides consultancy, certification, and training services to Indian manufacturers, exporters, and brands. These include:
- Consultancy for GOTS, GRS, OCS, and FSC certifications
- USA Law Label registration and compliance guidance
- Eco-labelling and sustainability implementation support
- Quality-by-Design (QbD) system development
- Factory quality training and awareness workshops
3. Engagement & Booking
A. For Overseas Clients
- Service requests must be submitted at least 2 working days before the desired inspection date.
- Changes or cancellations within 24 hours may result in full or partial service fees.
- Clients must ensure factory access, safe working conditions, and availability of calibrated equipment required for inspection.
B. For Domestic Clients
- Consultancy projects begin upon written confirmation of scope and deliverables.
- Clients must share all relevant documentation and information for accurate implementation.
- Any changes in project scope or timeline must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
4. Fees & Payment Terms
A. For Overseas Clients
- Inspection and audit services are charged on a man-day basis (per qualified inspector/auditor per day).
- Fees exclude taxes, travel, or accommodation unless otherwise stated in the quotation.
- New clients must make full advance payment at least 2 days before service. Regular clients are billed monthly with 7-day payment terms.
- Late payments attract 2% monthly interest. All bank transfer or remittance fees are borne by the client.
B. For Domestic Clients
- Consultancy and training projects are billed on a project basis according to approved proposals.
- 50% advance is payable at the time of confirmation; the remaining amount is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Applicable taxes, government fees, and travel expenses will be billed as per actuals.
- Delayed payments may result in suspension of deliverables or project hold.
5. Reports & Deliverables
A. For Overseas Clients
- Reports reflect findings at the inspection date and time only and are valid solely for the inspected lot.
- QTI Solutions is not liable for any changes in goods or conditions post-inspection or during transport.
- Reports and photographs are confidential and cannot be reproduced for marketing without written consent.
B. For Domestic Clients
- Consultancy and training reports are advisory in nature and based on client-provided information.
- Certification consultancy includes document preparation and readiness support but excludes certification issuance.
- Reports, SOPs, and manuals remain QTI Solutions’ intellectual property unless otherwise transferred in writing.
6. Confidentiality
- All data and reports shared with QTI Solutions are treated as confidential.
- Disclosure is permitted only under legal requirement or with client’s written consent.
- All report formats and templates remain QTI Solutions’ proprietary material.
7. Liability & Force Majeure
- QTI Solutions’ liability is limited to the invoiced value of the specific service in case of proven negligence.
- No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential losses such as shipment delay or financial damages.
- In events of natural disasters, political unrest, or client delays, QTI Solutions shall not be held responsible for service interruption. Fees for completed work remain payable.
8. Intellectual Property
- All materials, designs, and documents produced by QTI Solutions remain its exclusive property.
- Use of QTI Solutions’ name or logo for advertising requires prior written approval.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi NCR. Arbitration, if applicable, shall be conducted in English under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).
