We cover textiles, garments, home furnishings, footwear, leather goods, toys, furniture, hard goods, and more. If your product isn’t listed, just ask us.

How much notice do you need for booking?

For new clients, we usually need 5–7 days’ notice. Repeat clients can book with 2–3 days’ notice depending on inspector availability.

How do you share results?

You’ll receive a detailed inspection report with photos and measurements within 24–48 hours. The final shipment decision remains with you.

What are your payment terms?

Payments are accepted via bank transfer. Terms depend on frequency and project size, and are shared during quotation.

Can you handle urgent inspections?

Yes. If our inspectors are available, we can arrange last-minute inspections at short notice.

Do you cover factories outside India?

Our core coverage is across India, but we can check feasibility for Bangladesh and Pakistan through partner networks or travel arrangements.

Do you provide warranties on inspected goods?

No. We help reduce risk by checking samples and verifying production quality, but we do not guarantee supplier performance or offer product warranties.
