Production Follow Up

We will be checking the manufacturing activities systematically so that production may be carried out according to plan finalised by the client. We will measure the output against the plan & analysis the performance for shortcomings if any . If required we will be following up with the Factorymanagement in order to apply corrective action to prevent excessive shortfall & meet the dead line of the delivery.

On regular basis , we will be sending the production report & CAP, to the cleint, so that corrective measures can be taken in time, so that Shipment can be moved as per the shipment plan with correct qty.
